Licensed is not live

A licence confirms you may operate. Production means one workflow actually runs with clear dual control, exception handling, and evidence you can retrieve when asked. Between those two states, teams often keep the process on spreadsheets and inboxes — ownership is fuzzy, gates are informal, and the audit trail is incomplete. That is not a marketing problem. How the three weeks run

1. Week 1Lock the workflow, RACI, and as-is map. Leave with a shared picture of where dual control and evidence break.
2. Week 2Design the to-be model — dual-control gates, control matrix, evidence-plane structure on your tools. Leave with an implementable operating model, not options.
3. Week 3Package the 90-day path, SOPs, go-live checklist, and exec one-pager. Leave with a decision-ready readout and a clear sequel only if you choose Production Build after deposit.

Commercial terms

Fixed fee AED 90,000–120,000 for one named workflow. Scope and price locked at kick-off; 50% deposit starts the sprint. Scheduling is into the next open slot; capacity-limited — not a countdown and no published start/end dates. Production Build only after the sprint 50% deposit; it is not the first offer.
